OD consulting focuses on helping members of the organization improve their performance, overcoming problems related to low levels of commitment, motivation or integration, poor communication, poor coordination or inner misalignment and with other areas. These aspects can affect the performance of individuals and groups, which is why interventions are carried out through individual work, workshops or awareness-raising activities.
With OD programs it is observed that teams reach better levels of integration, involvement and commitment to the objectives and goals of their areas. Workers behave more openly and are more accessible to their colleagues, which contributes to improve cooperation and the work environment. Some OD interventions seek to facilitate teams to establish their own goals and objectives, with which their performance is naturally oriented towards achieving the goals they have decided for themselves.
In cases where a comprehensive approach to the organizational culture is required, a diagnosis of the current culture is carried out and activities are proposed to raise awareness and implement the new culture aligned with the strategic objectives.
