Ofelia Brown, PhD

Managing Partner of Brown Business Consulting Group, LLC. Dr. Brown has helped more than 30 companies as a Consultant to develop improvements in processes, communications, and human resources.

 Dr. Brown is Trainer/Mentor for the SBDC at UTRGV in Leadership and Management.

She has more than 20 years of experience in directive positions as VP in Administration and Finance, Marketing and Sales, Human Resources, and Strategic Development. Sectors: banking, postal, high-education, governmental bureaus.

Since 2001, Dr. Brown has been an Adjunct Professor and Researcher at ESAN University for postgraduate programs.  Academic Area: Management.  Research lines: Organizational Behavior, Communications, Leadership. Courses: Organizational Development, Business Communication, Leadership, Managerial Competencies, Change Management, Train the Trainer, Quality Design for Services.
