In-House Training

We provide solutions for the development of your staff’s skills through In-House training services, which include the design, organization and execution of courses, workshops, talks and comprehensive programs designed to suit your staff.

Training events can be provided individually or in groups.

In-House training offers the benefit of orienting the contents and application practices of the course towards the real and specific needs of the participants. In this way, the company obtains a greater return on investment in training, a higher level of staff satisfaction and better performance.

Given the closed nature of the contract, the course is designed ad-hoc to solve specific needs of the staff or area, so the syllabus contains appropriate topics and a special focus for the client. The speaker in charge of the course receives information in advance for the design and delivery of the course fully oriented to the needs of the participants.

The training sessions could be: talks, workshops, courses, seminars or comprehensive programs, depending on the needs and objectives of the training.

When a client contacts us with a training need, we collect information in a meeting with the direct supervisors and/or the HR staff. Our team of specialists in pedagogy and management designs the course in terms of the most appropriate objectives, contents, duration and methodology. We present the proposal to the client for approval. Then, proceed to establish the execution schedule and coordinate the logistical aspects.

The courses are delivered in person, virtual or blended, with the support of e-learning platforms and our Virtual Campus.
